The Virginia Distillery Courage and Conviction American Single Malt is a unique whiskey that is made from a mash of malted barley, rye, and wheat. It is aged in new American oak barrels for a minimum of two years and is then finished in ex-bourbon barrels. The whiskey has a deep amber color and a complex aroma of toasted oak, dried fruit, and baking spices. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with notes of caramel, toffee, and vanilla.
